Levan Tedeashvili was of Ossetian origin (Tedeev, Tedety). But always called himself Georgian. That is why everybody in Gergia thinks he was indeed. And that is why I did not publish any information about him on this website. There are thousands of ethnic Ossetian people who live in Georgia were forced by circumstances and by the government policy to change their last names, adding -shvili and - dze as the endings. Some of them are afraid to admit their Ossetian origin. In this situation it is not safe for them to be Ossetians.  

Regarding Stalin's origin, here just 2-3 of non-Ossetian and non-Russian sources (those, supporting the Georgian point of view). I do not want to waste my time on providing you a kind of research. It is obvious.

L.Tediashvili was real georgian you have the wrong information as you have about stalin I wrote about his father. The most interesting is that nobody knows who was stalins real father couse there is the theory that he was bastered. Also Jugashvili is real georgian last name as Tediashvili. "Shvili is the traditional and of georgian last names as "dze" and "ia" etc. Also on www.wikipedia.org is writtern "Besarion Jughashvili, a Georgian cobbler who owned his own workshop" as I said so watch other information sources, but there is no information source that will tell you that Joseph was Ossetian it's funny

It is kind of shame for "Kniaz of Zemo Nikozi " not to know the history of his well-known people. Yes, he always called himself Georgian. But the Ossetian origin of his father Vissarion Dzhugaty (Dzhugashvili) was also proved by historians. Nevertheless, we do not want him. Let 's consider him Georgian. The same Georgian as your famous sportsmen: L.Tedeashvili, G.Ketashvili, V.Gutsaev, S.Chochishvili and many others with ethnic Ossetian origin.
