Winner of the Soviet Union Cup (1976, 1979)  

Gutsaev contributed a lot in "Dinamo"Tbilisi victorious way to the European Cup Winners' Cup in 1981.  

As a head coach worked with FC "Anortosis" (Cyprus), FC "Alania" (Vladikavkaz, Russia), the National Team of Georgia. As an assistant head coach made a good contribution in FC "Spartak-Alania" (Vladikavkaz) winning the Russian National Championship in 1995.
