Borukaev Chermen B.

Professor, corresponding member of the Russian Academy of Science.  

He was a great specialist in the fields of general problems of geology and tectonics, Precambrian tectonics, and geological terminology. Professor C. B. Borukaev is the author and co-author of 230 papers and monographs such as "The Map of Precambrian Tectonics of Continents", "Atlas of Tectonic Maps and Supporting Sections of Siberia", "Structure of the Precambrian and Plate Tectonics", "Archean Plate Tectonics" etc.  

In the last few years he was principal scientific researcher of the laboratory, head of the geological branch of the Institute.
