Elekhoty Tamby  

(1889-1952) 

Graduated from Sent -Petersburg University specializing in law. After the Civil War ended he immigrated first to Turkey, then to Paris. T.Elekhoty actively worked for the North Caucasian editions in Europe.  

He also headed the office of “North Caucasian National Committee” in France.  

He died in Paris.
